Boxercise is a fast-paced, high-intensity fitness class built around boxing combinations using gloves and pads. You’ll work in pairs, learning simple punch combinations and drills that deliver a serious cardio workout, without sparring or contact.
Expect a fun, motivating session that improves fitness, coordination, and confidence while burning plenty of calories.

Anthony is a former professional boxer with an impressive career spanning 25 professional fights. He brings deep technical knowledge, discipline, and real-world ring experience to every session, without the ego or intimidation.
His coaching style focuses on clear instruction, strong fundamentals, and high-energy workouts that build fitness, coordination, and confidence. Sessions are structured, supportive, and challenging, making them suitable for complete beginners as well as those who want to sharpen their technique and push their conditioning.
You’ll be coached closely, encouraged throughout, and guided to train safely and effectively – no experience required, just a willingness to work hard and have fun.
