Join Bex for a fun, female-focused workout that targets legs, bums, tums and everything in between! This high-energy class is designed to help you get fit, build confidence, and make new friends in a supportive, positive environment. With plenty of encouragement, music, and laughter, you'll be motivated to give it your all. Bex will guide you through each exercise using the right technique to ensure maximum results.

Bex brings energy and expertise to every class she leads. Since earning her Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Activity Leadership qualifications in 2018, she has been inspiring others to achieve their fitness goals. Alongside her fitness classes, Bex is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, Aquafit instructor and a passionate swimming teacher, helping individuals build confidence in and out of the water.
