Bex brings energy and expertise to every class she leads. Since earning her Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Activity Leadership qualifications in 2018, she has been inspiring others to achieve their fitness goals. Alongside her fitness classes, Bex is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, Aquafit instructor and a passionate swimming teacher, helping individuals build confidence in and out of the water.
