Power Circuits isn’t just a class – it’s your friendly 7am Tuesday morning crew.
If you struggle to stay consistent, feel tired before work, or worry about being “the worst person in the room”, this is for you.
This fully coached, small-group session is designed to help you move, sweat and feel good – without pressure, judgement or ego. You work at your own pace, you’re supported the whole way, and you cannot be bad at this class.
Each week brings a fresh circuit-style workout combining simple strength moves, light cardio bursts and team-style exercises to keep things social, motivating and (surprisingly) fun.
You’ll leave energised, accomplished and ready to take on the day alongside a group of friendly faces who start their Tuesdays together.

Hannah

Hi, I’m Hannah – a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor with a passion for helping everyday people feel stronger, healthier and more confident.
I teach a wide range of classes, including strength, HIIT, circuits and spin, and I love creating sessions that are challenging, supportive and genuinely enjoyable – no matter your starting point.
Before stepping into the fitness industry, I worked as a primary school teacher, which means I bring strong communication, organisation and motivational skills into every class. I take time to understand your needs, plan effective sessions and support your progress towards your personal health and fitness goals.
For me, fitness has always been about more than just the physical results. It’s about confidence, wellbeing, laughter and the friendships built through training together. My goal is to create a welcoming, positive environment where you can feel proud of your progress and enjoy every step of your journey.
I hope my classes can offer you that same sense of strength, joy and community.
